• Brush your teeth twice a day (preferably before breakfast and before bedtime)
• Floss in between your teeth once a day (preferably before bed)
• Visit the Dentist every six months for a routine examination and clean
• Follow the Dental Hygiene instructions provided by your Dentist
• Use a soft, rounded bristle toothbrush
• Replace your toothbrush often, especially if the bristles are frayed or after an illness
• Use toothpaste with added fluoride
• Attend Periodontal check-ups and oral cancer screenings
• Avoid tobacco products and excessive alcohol consumption
• Reduce the amount of acidity in your diet
• Eat a healthy diet, get enough rest and exercise
